Songs We Carry is a collaboration between British Jewish singer-multi-instrumentalist Ana Silvera and Palestinian oud player Saied Silbak, exploring the intersections of their cultural traditions - Ana's melancholic Ladino (Judeo-Spanish) songs and Saied's intricate Arabic maqams. Ana comes from a Sephardic Jewish family and blends ancient tradition with contemporary songwriting; Saied, born in Shafa'amr in the Lower Galilee, draws on Arab, Turkish, Indian, and Western musical influences. The duo met in London and created a project centered on dialogue and shared storytelling rather than simple fusion.

Their repertoire weaves traditional Ladino songs with Arabic compositions reimagined for the contemporary stage — meditative music shifting between melancholy and hope. Released in autumn 2024, the album Songs We Carry received strong reviews, and its launch concert at London's Kings Place sold out quickly. As critic Mark Kidel of The Arts Desk wrote: "...their presence on stage, and the harmony that binds them, is in itself a declaration of love and humanity."

The high level of acoustic set up in this Prague jazz club allows live jazz music gigs until the morning hours! Often during a one single evening several jazz bands together as well as guest musicians will change on jazz club stage.

Jazz Dock has its own music concept. It´s dramaturgy is specific for its several-days concert blocks of significant Czech jazz bands and foreign bands and regular jazz festivals focused on a particular jazz genre, specific country or dominant jazz instrument.
