La bohéme

Nous avons assisté à "la bohème", c'était notre 1er opéra, nous avons beaucoup apprécié..ça nous a donné envie d'en voir d'autres !

There was loads of singing, I think they made a mistake of doing it in Italian as I can only speak English, this was quite rude but we all make mistakes. Some of the clothes they weared seemed old fashioned which was a bit shoddy for going on stage in in 2024. When they were doing talking bits they were really loud ( and I don’t think they were even American tourists) it’s a shame the lass died at the end ( spoiler LOL) cos she seemed nice and quiet a cheap date. All in all it was right good, these lads and lasses would smash it at Glasgow kings theatre panto 2025 and I would be happy to put up the big players at my gaff.

I am no opera expert by any means, but I really enjoyed this.

nous etions a la 1ere. petit couac de decors en plein milieu entre 2 actes. rien de grave. la magie opère quand meme. y suis allee avec mes ados. c'etait parfait pour leur permettre de decouvrir l'opera

Dans un lieu magique, une très belle salle, merveilles des voix tout particulièrement les personnages de Mimi, Musetta. Bravo à l’orchestre . Surprenant que les musiciens soient déjà partis lorsque le chef les présente !

Very talented cast with great staging and production. It was an absolute joy to see and hear. Loved the maestro and musicians, all so incredibly talented. Easily one of my favourite opera productions ever!

Parfait !

Going to see La Boheme in Prague was an amazing fabulous experience. Our seats - fourth row center - were fantastic. My husband and I were visiting Prague during the Christmas Holiday from NY and this was a highlight of our trip.

Great performance! The whole opera in one breath. All the artists sang very well, especially the ladies. The orchestra played very professionally. Thanks for the great event!

Excellent opera; excellent venue.

The beautiful venue is recently renovated and almost right up there with the world famous Royal Opera House in London. We saw La Boheme, and the 5th or so most performed opera in the history of the world was brilliantly performed. Easy to read subtitles, both at the top of the stage and bottom (your seat), and you might find yourself going back and forth between the two, which is ok.

Nice production. Rodolfo, Mimi and Musette all very good.
