Vladislav Hall is the largest secular space in the surviving medieval Prague monuments

Royal banquets and knight tournaments were held on the premises of Vladislav Hall in the past. Today, mainly state celebrations and events of the highest importance, such as the election of the President, are held in this exalted space. Architecturally, the hall is a blend of late Gothic style with elements of early Renaissance, the most striking feature of the hall being a beautiful rich rib vault of five fields and rectangular Renaissance windows.
