Oboe and orchestra concert

Albrecht Mayer is the king of oboe. Together with Prague Symphony Orchestra he is presenting tonight M. Ravel, R. V. Williams and L. V. Beethoven. Conducted by Tomáš Brauner. 

Program:

  • Maurice Ravel - Le Tombeau de Couperin (version for oboe and strings, arr. Joachim Schmeisser)
  • Ralph Vaughan Williams - Concerto for Oboe and Strings in A minor
  • Ludwig Van Beethoven - Symphony No. 6 in F major Op. 68 "Pastoral"
