Rudolfinum - Suk Saal

The temperature in the room was too hot. I felt for the musicians; if we were hot sitting, they must have been at boiling point .

Rudolfinum is a good choice. We had the benefit of seeing this great music hall as well as listening to this beautiful concert.

Arriving early is a must to fully appreciate its remarkable architecture—spend some time on the grand steps outside and soak in the beauty of this iconic structure. If you're heading to Suk Hall, note that the entrance is located on the side by the river. Since there wasn’t any visible signage during our visit, we initially went to the main front entrance and were redirected to the correct side. It’s worth keeping this in mind to avoid any confusion. Once inside, Suk Hall impresses with its elegant design and exceptional acoustics, creating an intimate and immersive musical experience. The seating is also quite comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The Rudolfinum is a gem that combines historical grandeur with top-tier acoustics, making it an ideal setting for any concert or performance. Highly recommended for lovers of music and architecture alike!

Ce serait très sympathique d'avoir des panneaux dehors pour indiquer où est l'entrée de la Salle Suk. J'avais regardé avant d'y aller, mais les portes que j'ai essayé (pas toutes, malheureusement) étaient fermés à clé. On était plusieurs à chercher l'entrée. La salle en lui-meme était très bien.

The seats hurt me and my girlfriends back and it was too hot in the room. The venue itself, the building gave the overall experience a massive boost tho! Absolutely stunning and beautifull!

The room was lovely and the concernThe concert hall was easy to get to, and close to good restaurants and the Old Town, so we had a meal before. The room itself was lovely, nicely preserved / decorated, and the seats were arranged well (not too crowded). We were in the A section, so we paid a bit more to be close to the performers but it was worth it for a more intimate experience.

Škoda, že jsme nemohli absolvovat alespoň krátkou exkurzi a nahlédnou např. do Dvořákovy síně.
