Magnificent 13th century monastery church in Lesser Town near Charles Bridge
The unique building of St. Thomas Church is a blend of three architectural styles: Gothique, Renaissance and Baroque. The Augustinian Monastery by St. Thomas Church was founded in the 13th century.
The church and the monastery have been modified although the most significant traces were left by its Renaissance reconstruction and the last major 18th century reconstruction by Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer.
