The main activity of the RSVK is the preparation and implementation of programs and events in the field of culture, science, education and support of the Russian language.
One of the leading tasks of RSVK in Prague is to acquaint the local population with the history and culture of the people of the Russian Federation, the current life of Russia, its cultural, scientific and economic potential.
An important area of RSVK activities in Prague is meeting the cultural, scientific and educational needs of compatriots living in the Czech Republic, supporting their national identity and contacts with the history of their homeland.
