Melantrichova 19, Praha 1
The concert was given in a very beautiful, cosy venue.
Easy to find, beautiful venue
Baroque Library Hall implies something grand, which it wasn't. The room was fine with a nice mural on the ceiling, but the building itself is a bit run down. Not in a bad way. Good thing they had someone out in the street to show us how to get in; it's down an alley and up some stairs. The guy taking tickets was a bit lugubrious.
expected more from the venue. Chairs not very comfortable and room somewhat neglected and outdated.
Great venue but difficult to find
Beautiful venue, excellent acoustics.
A very difficult venue to find as we had booked online and did not know where the venue was. Asked many shopkeepers and locals to find it.
Amazing venue and great acoustics
The room itself was lovely, especially the ceiling. However its location was difficult to find and people at nearby information had no idea where it was. Ultimately it was a disappointing venue as the artists deserve better and they deserve a larger audience. Some kind of signage would help. The event/venue are not known about hence so few people.
We did this our first night in Prague. While you’ll find pretty much every former church, monastery, or medieval structure has a concert on any given night, the acoustics here were amazing! A great experience at a more-than-reasonable price. Familiar music sounded amazingly fresh and invigorating.
Wonderful place to enjoy the concert.
I have given it an average because of the noise interruptions from a neighbouring production.
