• Cold Starter: 
  Green salad with slices of roast beef, cherry tomatoes and balsamic dressing
• Soup: 
  Fine peas cream with bread croutons 
• Main course: 
  Salmon filet with lemon sauce, roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables
• Dessert: 
  Cream cake with strawberry puree and fresh fruit
• Course before Midnight: 
  Warm ham with cold lentil salad
