Members of the leading Czech Philharmonic orchestra perform popular compositions of various periods
The ensemble Cinque archi was founded in 2018 by the violinist Luboš Dudek. The players are members of the Czech Philharmonic and share a common interest in chamber music.
Their repertoire includes original works and arrangements of popular compositions of various periods for the instruments of their ensemble. The members of the ensemble perceive the opportunity of performing music in a somewhat lighter vein and for a wider public as a pleasant diversion and a counterbalance to their activity in the leading Czech orchestra.
