The authentic atmosphere of the 1930s completes the piano instrument that was once played at the venue by the famous Czech jazz pianist, conductor and composer Jaroslav Ježek.
Immerse yourself and go back to the 1930s while visiting this historic place full of art and jazz. The building itself is built in the functionalist architecture style and the its complex also includes a famous Manes Gallery and restaurant.
The hall where the jazz dinner is performed has wonderful views over the Vltava River, Petrin Hill, Prague Castle or the neo-Renaissance Žofín Palace, located on the romantic Slovanský island, same as Mánes. The ceiling of the hall is decorated by cubist frescoes by the distinguished Czech Cubist painter Emil Filla.
