I have not received or deleted the confirmation email with tickets. What should I do?

No problem. Please contact us at ticket@viamusica.cz and we will re-send you the confirmation email.

My concert was cancelled. Will I get my money back?

If artists or concert promoters cancel the concert Via Musica will send you the entire amount paid for the ticket back to the account you used for payment. We know this must be inconvenient to you and we will send the payment back to your account as soon as possible.

My concert was moved to another day or hour. What should I do?

If you are comfortable with the new time of the concert you don’t need to do anything. Your ticket is valid for the new time of the concert. If the new time is inconvenient to you please contact us and we will promptly return the amount you paid for the ticket back to your account.

I bought a ticket but cannot go to the concert. Will I get my money back?

Yes, in most cases! If you notify us no later than 48 hours before the concert beginning we will send the entire amount back to you in most cases. However, if you notify us less than 48 hours before the concert beginning a cancellation fee of 40 CZK will need to be covered for each returned ticket. You can also return the ticket directly in our Prague shop paying the 40 CZK cancellation fee.

I want to go to the concert with my child. Do I need to buy a ticket for him/her?

Most events are free of charge for children under 8. It that case, the child must sit on your lap and will not have a seat of its own. Children over 8 pay student fee if there is such an option. We try to negotiate with the individual concert promoters but if student discount is not offered the child pays the full ticket price.

I lost/destroyed/damaged my ticket. What should I do?

No problem! Go back to your confirmation e-mail. Here, you can either print your e-Ticket attached to the email, or click on "here" link that will take you to Customer Summary page where you will find the "Print e-Ticket" icon. By clicking on the icon you will have the e-Ticket ready for printing. Please make sure your computer is connected to your computer and you have the Adobe Reader installed to open e-Ticket.

I booked a ticket but I could not buy it due to order time expiration. What is that?

After making a reservation you need to purchase the ticket within 20 minutes, otherwise your reservation runs out. Simply go back to the concert and complete the ordering process within this time. Please have your credit card and personal information ready to facilitate the order process and avoid order time expiration.

I do not manage to print the ticket. What should I do?

Please make sure you have the Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer.
If not here it is for free download. If for whatever reason you still cannot print the ticket do not panic, simply try to print your ticket from another computer and/or printer or just contact us – here – and you can pick up your ticket directly in our shop.

Will you send me the tickets by mail?

Unfortunately not. Via Musica does not send tickets by mail. You can buy and print your tickets from your home or book them online and collect them in our shop up upon your arrival to Prague.

I have a free seating ticket. What does that mean?

Free seating tickets guarantee you concert entry and seating during a concert to the same extent as a seat reservation ticket! Do not worry. Entering the concert hall you will be asked to chose the seat yourself, or you will be offered a seat by the usher. Do not hesitate and pick the seat you prefer the most! However, in order to be able to chose your seat please come to the concert at least 20 minutes in advance. If you come right before the concert beginning the best seats are likely to be already taken.

How much in advance should I arrive to the concert?

For concerts with seating reservations 15 minutes are sufficient. With free seating tickets we recommend to arrive 20 minutes in advance. However, please note that it does not make sense to arrive an hour in advance. Most concert halls do not open until 30 minutes before the concert beginning.

I have never been to Prague. I am afraid I won’t be able to find the concert hall. What should I do?

Please try our venue guide on this website by clicking VENUE on the home page. If you are still uncertain, do not worry! Come to our shop on Staromestske namesti before the concert and we will be happy to explain how to get there!

Senior citizen and student discounts. Am I eligible to a discounted ticket?

Yes, if you are over age 65 or you are a student with a valid student card! Do not forget to bring your student card or senior passport to the hall entrance.

Will I pay any additional fees when entering the concert hall?

No, the price you pay on Via Musica website is final.

Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would keep your cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the concert attendant will check that the ticket has already been taken.
