Here are step-by-step instructions to buying tickets via Prague Ticket Office web pages:
1. Select a concert
2. Select the number of tickets and the price
3. Fill in required information
4. You can pay through your credit card by 3D secure system safely and comfortably or use PayPal
5. Print your e-Ticket and present your e-Ticket at the entrance to concert hall
Before purchasing the tickets we recommend you to read business terms and conditions that are binding for all purchases and to have your credit card ready in order to buy e-Tickets.
Please note that there is a time limit for buying tickets. You have 20 minutes from the moment you add tickets to your shopping cart to carry out the payment.
During this time selected tickets are blocked in your favour and other customers do not have access to them. If you do not buy selected tickets within 20 minutes they will become available for sale again and you need to repeat the purchase process.
There are several ways you can select a concert:
- click on the pictogram of Classical music, Jazz music or Black Light theatre
- choose only one required day by clicking the date in red EVENT SEARCH calendar on the right side
- select a period from-to and select a category - classical music, jazz or black light theatre
- simply click on ALL EVENTS button or Show all events>> button at the top of the page and choose from our complete offer:
Concerts are listed chronologically. You may browse through our offer. Click on the card of the concert you like:
Program - each concert card contains detailed program, including soloists, performers, instrumentalists, other information etc.
Venue - look at the concert venue. By clicking on more info button you will get to the concert venue card with further information about the venue and a photo gallery:
There are three types of concert tickets depending on the concert or theatre space layout:
is an option allowing you to sit anywhere you want. It is most frequently available at church concerts where seats are without numbers. In such case, we recommend to arrive to the concert venue 20 minutes in advance so that you can chose your seats without hassle:
Seating in a block of rows based on the price category.
In this case, you select your seat within several rows, eg. from 1st to 5th row, and in this category you can freely chose your seat. In this case, we recommend to arrive 15 minutes in advance to chose a seat according to your preferences:
is the traditional option where you chose a particular row and seat. In this case, you need not come 20 minutes in advance:
Select the price category and the number of tickets
the procedure is similar for all three options listed above. Please select the price category and by clicking the arrow chose the number of tickets you wish to buy. Confirm your order by clicking the Add to cart
button. At this moment, you will be reminded of the 20 minute limit for the ticket purchase! A reservation of chosen number of tickets has been made in your favor and you have 20 minutes tu buy them. When this time runs out your reservation is cancelled and the tickets are publicly available for sale again. In order to go on with the purchase click the checkout
button which will take you to the summary of your selection:
Shopping cart content check out
- at this point you may check what tickets you have selected. To delete your selection click on the red cross on the left. You may also go back and select more tickets by clicking the select more tickets
button. If you are satisfied with your selection please continue by clicking the buy tickets
- After you select your tickets it is necessary to fill out a simple form listing your name and especially a valid and correct e-mail address, optionally also a telephone number. At this point, please pay good attention to the way you wish to receive your tickets.
By choosing Buy online and print E - Ticket
you can print the tickets yourself. And either immediately after the payment directly in the page, where you are offered tickets printing option. You will also receive confirmation email. In the attachment of the email you will also find your tickets ready to print.
Please make sure you have a printer available and connected for printing your tickets!
By choosing the Buy online and collect tickets in person in Via musica shop
your tickets will be handed over to you in Via Musica shop. By selecting this option you will buy your ticket online to pick it up in person in Via Musica shop any time before the concert beginning.
Upon purchasing tickets you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your unique order number.
Please bring this number and your ID when collecting ticket in Via Musica shop.

To purchase tickets via 3D Secure Payment gateweay
- Select card type - please select the card type you wish to pay with.
Online Payment Form - at this point you are actually purchasing the tickets. Please note that the payment is carried out in Czech Crowns. Prior to the payment, please check the exchange rate of your currency in which you are to buy the tickets to the Czech crown. All financial transactions are conducted according to the exchange rate of the bank on the date and at the moment of the financial transaction. Via Musica has no responsibility for the exchange rate fluctuation:
Print your e-Ticket
Payment successful - after successful payment you will receive a confirmation from the bank:
PayPal - If you choose to use PayPal, you will be redirected to www.paypal.com site. PayPal securely processes payments for Prague Ticket Office - Via Musica. Please note that payment via Paypal, you must have already set up your Paypal account. For payment via Paypal, then follow the instructions on the Paypal website.
Order completed - at this point you have paid for the tickets. Here immediately you are offered option to print your tickets by clicking on Print e - ticket button.You will also recieve shortly a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided within the purchase process.
- if you selected the online payment and e-Ticket print out you will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided within the purchase process. Attached to this e-mail you will find purchased e-Tickets in a PDF format. To print your e-Ticket you need to have a printer connected to your computer and a program allowing to print PDF format files, ie. Adobe Acrobat Reader – click here for a free download.
Buy online and collect tickets in person in Via Musica shop - if you selected this option you will also receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided within the purchase process. In this e-mail you will find your order number.
Please, provide order number with your ID, which you filled in within the purchase process directly in the shop Via Musica. Our staff will immediately print your ticket. Please note that without the ID and the order number we cannot hand out the ticket!
Please have your tickets on you when entering the event venue. In case you need any further assistance please find contact information at the bottom of the ticket. Each ticket is valid only for one person. Please read all information printed on the ticket carefully:
